In order to fulfill our goal of being able to help find lost pet owners we mainly need basic information about you and your pet.
This information is completely confidential and is for public use only if the user of our service accepts it, especially when the pet is lost.If you do not want us to show all your information, you can filter it from your control panel in the “Lost Mode” section, here you can select the data you want to be made public at the time the pet is lost.
Location
We collect location information in the event that a person finds a lost pet and is reported voluntarily with your consent, as well as location information from the Internet service to be able to customize the views of the times of the reports according to the location of where you are connected to our platform.
Device information
With respect to device information, we only use what types of devices are most connected to our platform (mobile phones, tablets, computers) for statistical purposes only, in order to improve our interface in the future and thus provide a better user experience.How is this information shared?
The information provided is shared only if you activate “Lost Mode” and the information you have selected as “Public” will be used so that your lost pet can be returned.
